Shipping & delivery.

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver within Bangladesh only.

Estimated delivery times

• Dhaka: estimated 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: estimated 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary depending on your location and other factors outside our control.

Shipping fee

A flat shipping fee of ৳60 is added to every order at checkout. It applies the same way regardless of what or how many items you order, and is shown clearly in your order summary before you confirm your order.

Delivery address

At checkout, we ask for your full shipping address and city (a postcode is optional). This is the address your order will be sent to, so please make sure it's complete and correct before placing your order.

Order confirmation

Once your order is placed, you'll see an order confirmation with a reference number. Please keep this reference — it's the quickest way for us to look up your order if you need to contact us.
